Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Common Ground Co., many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced specifically for a customer, group, team, business, school, event, or pop-up shop. Because of this, all custom and made-to-order sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom apparel, personalized merchandise, made-to-order items, pop-up shop orders, group orders, and bulk orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect with the order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • T-shirts
  • Long sleeves
  • Crewnecks
  • Hoodies
  • Performance apparel
  • Hats
  • Totes
  • Golf towels
  • Business wear
  • Team or spirit wear
  • Custom branded merchandise

Order Review

Please carefully review all product details, sizing, colors, quantities, spelling, personalization, and design information before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, production may begin quickly and changes may not be possible.

For pop-up shop orders, production begins after the shop closes. Please make sure your order is correct before the shop deadline.

Cancellations

Because items are made to order, cancellations may not be available once production has started. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at commongroundco.creative@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at commongroundco.creative@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If the issue is verified, we will work with you on a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Sizing Issues

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart and product details before ordering.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, and production methods. Small color variations are not considered defects.

Final Sale Notice

By placing an order with Common Ground Co., you acknowledge that custom, made-to-order, pop-up shop, group, and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a verified production error, damage, or defect.
