At Common Ground Co., many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced specifically for a customer, group, team, business, school, event, or pop-up shop. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary depending on the type of order, production schedule, and delivery method selected at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders begin processing after the order is placed and payment is received. For made-to-order items, production time is required before the order ships.
For pop-up shop orders, production typically begins after the shop closes. Orders from a pop-up shop may not begin production immediately after purchase because all orders are collected during the shop window before production starts.
Production Time
Production times may vary based on product type, quantity, design, availability, and order volume. Estimated timelines will be shared when available, but production and shipping dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping method, destination, and applicable carrier rates.
Some collections, pop-up shops, or custom orders may have specific shipping options or shipping instructions listed on the product page or order page.
Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped directly to the customer, delivered to a designated location, or handled according to the instructions listed for a specific pop-up shop, group order, or custom project.
If a pop-up shop or group order includes a designated pickup or delivery option, those details will be shared on the product page, collection page, or order communication.
Delivery Times
Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Common Ground Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Common Ground Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at commongroundco.creative@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has started.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, Common Ground Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at commongroundco.creative@gmail.com.
Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.
Custom, Bulk, and Pop-Up Shop Orders
Shipping for custom, bulk, and pop-up shop orders may vary depending on the size of the order, production method, and delivery needs. Some orders may ship individually, while others may be delivered or distributed through a designated group contact.
Shipping details for these orders will be determined based on the specific project or shop setup.
